Q. Why does the screen not appear after inserting a test strip ?
A. Various causes may lead to this situation.
- The batteries inserted incorrectly or lacking in the battery compartment – please insert the batteries or new batteries in the correct position again.
- The batteries are exhausted – these batteries are insufficiently power to turn on the meter. The meter will not be able to operate the test until you replace or charge these batteries.
- Test strip inserted upside down or not completely inserted – please reset the test strip in the correctly slot with the contact bars end first and facing up.
Q. What does the battery symbol “

” displays mean on the screen ?
A.
Battery power is insufficient to perform a test – you may need to be replacing it or Charge the battery.
Battery symbol is flashing on the LCD screen – the batteries are insufficiently power to operate the meter. The meter will not operate until replace or charge the batteries.
Q. How often do I need to replace my batteries?
A.When you change the new and fully batteries, these batteries life will be able to provide up to 1000 determinants of blood glucose meter and 200 determinants of blood pressure meter, depending on the brand of your power source. For additional information, please kindly see “owner’s manual” in each model. When the battery nearly exhausted, the battery symbol will appears on the screen to warn you, replace the batteries as soon as possible.
Q. What is the brand of the battery fits the meter ?
A.Our meters fit a CR2032 3V or two AAA 1.5V or four AA 1.5V. The battery can be purchased in most stores, such as retail stores, convenience stores, pharmacy, or supermarkets.
Q. Why doesn’t my meter turn on ?
A.If your Meter will not turn on, please check that the batteries are securely in place and making the proper connection. The battery can be dislodged if the meter has been dropped, or if the battery has been changed but not fitted properly. Sometimes, however, it is just that the battery has run out. There is a warning to let you know that the battery is low.

A.The lifespan of a battery will vary considerably with how it is used, how it is maintained and charged, temperature, and other factors.
