Following Open Tender Protocol No. 0173200000511000212-3 dated Nov the 3rd 2011, MMK and Moscow City Healthcare Department on Nov the 3rd 2011 signed Contract No. D-354/11. The object of the Contract was the implementation of the components of the Mobile Medical System, a modular system facilitating diagnosis and treatment process, in a testing area comprising several medical facilities of Moscow such as Pirogov City Clinical Hospital No. 1, City Clinical Hospital No. 12, 31, 67 and 70.

Twenty patient mobile sets were supplied to each of the above facilities to enable the execution of the works under the Contract. The doctors, taking part in the testing, were provided with the access to the project’s Internet site and thus were able to receive the patient data.

The commission headed by the Head of the Moscow City Healthcare Department, Mr. L.M. Pechatnikov, analyzed the results of the Mobile Medical System testing carried out under the State Contract in the above medical facilities and resolved that the Mobile Medical System can be recommended to be integrated into the healthcare facilities of Moscow subject to doctors’ working places being equipped with computers and Internet access.
